IGCC Group is looking for Logistics and Expediting Officer to join our Procurement Department in our Office in Amman-Jordan, this position will be responsible for ensuring that all materials arrive to Basra and delivered to the right client, with the right quantity and at the right time, by performing the following:
• Track all shipments to ensure they are arriving on tim
Requirements:
Experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a Logistics, Purchasing or similar role.
Certificates
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or any related major.
Skills
• Excellent knowledge of INCOTERMS.
• Excellent knowledge of Shipping, Customs, and Clearing procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ability to communicate with suppliers.
• High energy level & ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Effective time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP System
• Excellent Knowledge in Safety Procedures.
• Problem Solving Skills.
