STS is looking to hire an HR Officer to join Human Resources Team.

From 2 to 5 years of experience in HR field.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Very Good verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain professional relationships with teammates.
Must have Jordanian Nationality
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
Job Description:
1. Recruitment & selection
Constantly maintain an up to date database of applicant CVs for reference and for future recruitment requirements. Match candidates to available positions.
Writes job advertisements and check with BUMs and places advertisements and corresponds with applicants
Prepare, administer and correct candidate tests (IQ, skill efficiency, English language).
Conducts initial interviews, assessments, make recommendations, discuss results with management and check offer letters, employee contracts
Negotiate job offers with new recruits within the prevailing internal policies at STS.
Ensure adherence to the recruitment process.
Continuously evaluates and improves the recruitment process.
Write feedback of interviewed candidates and send them to the manager.
2. Setup and induction of new recruits
Prepare hire documents according to the terms of the contract and ensure that all new employees receive a copy of the employee handbook and sign for it.
Ensure that new recruits are set up with email accounts, domain accounts, telephone lines, desks, access cards computers and stationary
Design and maintain an induction plan including an induction package.
Conduct Orientation Sessions and provide new employees with all needed information such as a tour of the premises, telephone extensions and email lists.
Follow-up with managers re the 3 month evaluation of all new staff and setting performance objectives for new recruit.
3. Personnel
Ensure employees records are maintained and updated on a regular basis on Mena system.
Maintain the integrity of a clear and comprehensive filing system for the HR Department, create, maintain and update a filing index to be used for all HR related files and documents.
Update employees resumes database; ensure that copies of all registered certifications are appropriately filed.
