ERP Application Specialist
Job Description and Requirements
Duties & reponsibility :
Implementing and providing support on ERP functional modules: Financials, Supply Chain and Production
Understanding of the ERP business application functionality, concepts, and techniques
Understanding of the ERP application functionality, concepts, and techniques
Review deliverables for quality assurance purposes
Provide expert functional and product recommendations, and manage business owner’s expectations
Responsible for providing training to end users on ERP modules
Act as facilitator between the system processes and business processes’ owners
Requirments :
4-5 years’ experience in specific business system experience preferred (MS Dynamics 365/AX ERP)
B.S. in computer science/ MIS
At least five years’ experience in ERP application: functionality, concepts, and techniques
Must be able to conduct Fit Gap Analysis, Configuration Workshops, Walk-Through module
Must have good communication skills, writing configuration documentation, functional specs, training documentation, and test scripts as required
Extensive experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications for the programmers
Ability to work with senior level management
Must be able to communicate confidently and effectively with business partners and project team members
This candidate must have excellent presentation skills, strong configuration skills, integration knowledge, and project experience
Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
