Customer service Officer
Urgently required for immediate hiring “Customer Care Officer” for a dental center in Amman
Gender: Females
Working Days: 6 Days per week (one day off)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Dress Code: Formal
Job Requirements:
1. Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective patients
2. Managing the center and caring for the patients and getting to know them
3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
4. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
5. Continuously improve through patients feedback
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
2. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
3. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
4. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
