Procurement Officer:
Purpose:
To provide a professional purchasing duties for the procurement and stores department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Work with other departments heads to ensure all requirements are met consistently.
2- Negotiate contracts to achieve the best terms and pricing.
3- Searching for new suppliers.
4- Work on building long-term relationship with the existing suppliers to insure a good service.
5- Ensure all stores are stocked at all times with the required materials
6- Resolve supply issues.
7- Comply with all the company rules and procedures
Education & Qualifications:
A- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Commercial or any relevant qualification.
B- 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement and contracts field / Previous work experience for a real estate and constructions company is an advantage.
C- Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills
D- Excellent Understanding of procurement requirements
E- Prompt response to all queries
F- Very good time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
G- Very good English both spoken and written.
