Export Officer

is needed for Amin Kawar & Sons Company:
Job Description and Requirements:
•Selling the export shipping services through phone calls and outdoors sales visits. (Job will require customer visits of around 4 days per month.)
•Providing sales results information by preparing sales reports and calls results and updating the CRM system.
•Performing the export operations for empty & full containers by tracking containers, arranging the release of containers with depots and customers, arranging the pre-gates, following up on containers with depots and Aqaba office and registering all the movement updates.
•Creating the bookings, preparing the manifests and issuing the OB/L & certificates.
•Attending to customers inquiries and providing them with the required information, booking numbers, container tracking details, vessels
•Data entry & maintain vessels files.
Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications:
•Educational Level : Bachelor Degree
•Persuasive/ Convincing skills.
•Time management skills.
•Negotiation skills.
•Customer orientation.
•Ability and willingness to learn.
•Driving License.
