Social Media officer
Manages and leads the corporate communication for Taghyeer to including representations in Conferences, Seminars, and Public appearances, developing guidelines for communication for Taghyeer, and constantly identifying educational trends and needs around to world to come up with new innovative ideas that would benefit the organization and ensure its sustainable growth
· Communicates regularly with the marketing and the concerned stakeholders to ensure that all communication materials developed are tailored to the message based on the intended party to ensure its effectiveness
· Identifies and creates a Database of media outlets to ensure having the right resources to spread the message at will
Conducts research and provides reports on Quarterly report on educational trends/needs around the world to ensure coming up with up-to-date and relevant innovative ideas
Keeps track of all annual conferences, seminars, gatherings of interest, analyzes impact of participation, and participates to ensure growth and international recognition of the organization
Reports potential funders of interest to Taghyeer with high level plan of how to approach them to have the comprehensive support and inclusion of the organization
Monitors social media and publications about Taghyeer to ensure they conform the standards set
Reports the feedback of field customers on the products, image, service provided by the organization and recommends solutions and improvements to ensure scientific approach towards improvement
Conducts scheduled workshops to coach key-persons how to deliver Taghyeer’s message to the outside world adequately to ensure delivering the message in the highest standards
