A Leading company in Amman is looking to fill the following vacancies:
Recruitment Officer
Conditions:
1. Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent degree.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment
3. Professional certification in HR is a plus
Responsibilities:
-
1.Establish contacts with universities, colleges, and recruitment agencies.
2. Establish a pipe line for each job in the company.
3. Establish and manage the data base for all candidates with reference number for each candidate & his / her status
4. Contact candidates and arrange the interviews for them.
5. Coordinate orientation for new employees.
6. Manage employees & candidate’s transportation.
7. Provide management with the required reports.
8. Manage the recruitment/ transportation costs at minimum
Technical Purchasing Officer
Conditions:
-
1.Bachelor degree in Business administration or equivalent
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in local market & industrial purchase’s.
3. Preferable to Own a car (Car allowance applied as per company policy )
4. Valid Driving license
5. Good command of English language.
6. Have a good relationship with suppliers
7. Preferably own a supplier’s database
Responsibilities:
-
1.Responsible to find reliable sources of requested items in local market.
2. Going outside the company to compare the prices and the physical specifications of a required item.
3. Timely updating ERP.
4. Issuance of purchase order.
