Monitoring Officer

As a Monitoring Officer, you will coordinate all aspects of Stocks for assigned department.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
• Oversee storage of products
• Coordinate regular inventory audits
• Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
• Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Pharmacist.
• Two (2) years’ experience in Medical devices Companies.
• Working knowledge of computerized inventory control systems(ERP , SAP).
• Working knowledge of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with medical and surgical supplies and equipment.
