Job Purpose:
Responsible for undertaking day-to-day business operations, support, customer service assistance and help ensuring the operations in Mahfazti are effective and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery customer support service and maintain excellent feedback to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met and problems resolved.
- Support the daily operations: call center, archiving process and activation roles.
- Resolve operational problems and technical issues within the defined schedules.
- Analyze the root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
- Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.
- Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
- Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.
- Maintain daily logs of operational issues.
- Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Assist and support the Front and back Office teams.
- Assist the customer contract control.
- Support operation team in operational tasks and field interventions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
Work Experience: 0 – 3 years
Knowledge of:
- Mobile financial services
- E-Wallet administration and support
- Business processes and procedures
Skills In:
- Customer Care: Problem solving techniques, Lead generation and referral
- Good command of English language speaking and writing
- Good command of Microsoft Applications
Work Environment: Field visits might be required
