The role

The job purpose is the smooth and efficient running of reception area and supporting SCI MEE Regional Office staff in their communications and providing support to administration in office related matters.

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in the respective field

· Minimum College Diploma Educational Certificate

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and Arabic

· Computer literate (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and ability to do internet based research

· Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and discretion with confidential information

· Ability to work independently and proactively

· Proven ability to handle challenging work load

Contract length: 1 year
