Function: Converting guests to members through first in class customer service. Optimizing Therapist & executives schedule. Client management

Principle Duties:
. Convert 1st & 2nd time Guests into clients
. Welcome Clients with a Smile and greeting them at the door
. Schedule Clients with matching Therapist
. Follow conversion process exactly and creatively.
. Assists in maintaining cleanliness of the facility
. Maintains Client files
. Contacts Members and Guests when there are available appointments
. Other duties as assigned

In your first 90 days, you will learn the role of our Front desk customer care associates. After 90 days you begin to transition through our Associate position. At the end of every training, your role as a Manager is closer and continuous support is monitored until you’ve reached your full potential.
