Fiber Sales Representative
Job Purpose:
Responsible for generating new revenue streams by promoting and selling fiber service for residential/business customers. Also, providing customers with new solutions to ensure a high level of customers’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire, migrate and grow fiber customers base
- Achieve new sales target
- Ensure clients satisfaction
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Knowledge of:
- Telecom knowledge
- Telesales
- Selling Techniques
- Customer Care
- Good command in MS Office
- Good command of English language writing and speaking
Work Environment: field job “outdoor customer’s visits/ door to door” Transportation: having a car is a must for recruitment.
