• You set up the reception desk, lay out information material and import the PowerPoint charts
• You receive and look after the visitors, control the Covid access authorizations and adhere to all current measures yourself
• You are the first point of contact for speakers on site and take on the greeting, support and farewell
• They ensure that the event runs smoothly (microphone support, distribution of documents, etc.)

Job Expertise

• You are active and enjoy looking after our visitors and informing them about our offer
• You have a friendly and open nature
• You have good PC skills and your own laptop, as well as a camera phone (ideally with a QR code scanner)
