Training officer vacancy

Kasih Food Production Co. need a qualified candidate Female to handle all matters of training tasks in the company:

First: Duties

1.Collect the training needs upon communication with all concerned departments

2.To prepare training plans

3.To follow up the execution of training plans including internal, external, and safety training

4.To handle both the internal training and external training activities

5.To handle the specific training topics that related to total quality management systems, ISO, HACCP, BRC

6.To follow up and conduct training sessions for all master documents as pre-requisite for the document activation

7.To prepare the training materials (power point slides, videos, papers, pictures, tools, ….) and execute interactive and valued training sessions for all levels of employee (labors up to the section head level)

8.To collect the feedback of trainees and complete the PDCA cycle for continual improvement

9.To coordinate the external training activities with the nominated agent and follow up the progress of capacity building

10.To measure the impact of training on the performance and express as return on investment (ROI)

11.To conduct all documentation tasks that keep the training files updated and to the approved procedure

12.To follow up the orientation and induction training for the new employees in coordination with the human resources department, and the concerned department

13.To manage all administrative issues and tools that required for the readiness of training center as well as training affairs

Second: Qualification:

BSc. in nutrition and food technology, MBA is a plus.

Experience:

3-5 years’ experience in the training or related field, preferred to have minimum one year experience in the food manufacturing plants.
