Job Title: Construction Senior Technical Office Engineer-Chief
The Turkish Joint Venture of MAPA Construction & Trade Inc. Company and OZALTIN Construction, Trade & Industry Inc. Company is currently seeking to hire experienced Construction Senior Technical Office Engineer for an infrastructure project located in Manshiyah/ Ashuna Ash Shamalyieh/ Irbid. Named (Construction of Wadi Arab Water System- Second Stage).
Responsibilities:
Prepare and update project time schedule. Prepare Earned Values of the executed activities.
Prepare comprehensive quantity takeoff for executed works and works to be executed.
Review monthly payment certificates and ensure its comprehensiveness and accuracy.
Employment Type: Full time.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Years of Experience: 10 – 15
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application.
High organizational and managerial skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, be detail oriented and to remain calm under pressure.
Fluent in English.
