Position : Software Support Engineer
Main Duties: (software installation and deployment at customer site, onsite software support and problems solving)

Graduated from IT related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering )
2-3 years’ experience
Knowledge of development methodologies.
Excellent communication skills – good interpersonal and influencing skills.
problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Be service-oriented and customer-focused.
Be highly-organized
Thrives under pressure
Having a car is a must
Good English skills (business email writing is a must )
Technical Skills
Very good and proven practical experience with software installation, troubleshooting and problems solving is a must
Network connectivity and security issues troubleshooting and solving is a must
Microsoft SQL server (installation , configuration, security and support) is a must
Windows server OS (installation, configuration and support) is a must
Good experience in reading and analyzing different applications logs and reports is a must
Good knowledge in .Net framework and IIS is a must
Deploying and maintaining sites over IIS is a must
Good knowledge with TLS and CA is a must
Basic knowledge with JavaScript, XML and HTML is required
General Knowledge of software Industry Principles
Basic Coding (VB.Net & C#) is plus
Ability to handle ticket over the phone
Maintain Data Reports
