Human Resources Coordinator
For : TCHE TCHE Cafe (FISCO)
Human resources coordinators are the representatives of the human resources department that facilitate all HR functions and programs.
Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providerAnswering employee requests and questionsAssisting with new employee hiring processesReconciling benefits statementsConducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actionsAssisting with the performance review and termination processesAssisting with the recruitment and interview processes
Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or similar field.Previous administration or Human Resources experience required or minimum 2 year in a similar role.Highly organized, good computer skills and fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Arabic.Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required .Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on colleagues needs, remains calm and courteous at all times.Knowledge of federal and state employment-related laws is a plus.Ability to multi-task and problem solve with strong attention to detail.Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively work with others in a team environment.Possess a strong commitment to providing a positive employee experience.Ability to build relationships with applicants and associates at all levels in the organization.
