Projects Coordinator is needed in Amman office
Karak Castle Center For Consultations and Training is a national institution established in 2017 in Karak, and Amman, its main aim is to build and strengthen the capacities of youth and women in order to contribute to their economic, political and legal empowerment and raise their skills to professionalism by providing opportunities for equal and effective participation in the development of society within a framework that respects the principles of democracy, human rights and the rule of law.
Title: Project Coordinator
Details:
– Required qualifications, competences and experience
– BA in business administration, social sciences, management, international development, or any related field (equivalent to BA or MBA)
– Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in Project Management
– Sectoral competencies needed: profound knowledge in Gender Diversity Management, Projects Management,
– Working experience with development organizations
– Solid experience in project implementation and coordination of project activities, action plans
– Experience in management of stakeholders,
– Ability to prepare and present project concepts and ideas internally and externally
– Excellent social interaction skills: listening/communication, negotiation/discussion, presentation/public speaking, and motivation/problem-solving skills
– Fluent (excellent knowledge) of English and Arabic, both spoken and written,
– Ability to communicate well with various partners/parties: partners, colleagues,
– Dedication, reliability and regular follow up on assigned tasks
B. Responsibilities
– Management and coordination
– Coordinates/ prepares and conducts project activities according to project operational plan, including budgeting
– is responsible for tracking and monitoring/controlling expenses for project activities in accordance with the prevailing provisions
– manage national and international advisers in carrying out their work in Gender Diversity Management and assuring the quality of deliverables and reports
– management of stakeholders relations in the direction of keeping them motivated committed to the action plans and agreements – high level of engagement
– develops strategies and technical concepts including guidelines, manuals, and procedures, which are ready to be applied
– prepares appropriate input to the various project/program reports/publications and presentations including annual reports
