• Previous background should include demonstrated ability to deal with customers/clients.
• Ability to organize information, follow priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Perceptive and aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
• Independent but uses discretion to seek input or guidance from the Design & Development Manager.
• Cultivates creativity.
• Confidence and ability to develop and evaluate a number of options and implement solution.
• Good knowledge in programs such as InDesign, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
