Material Supervisor
Work Location – Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must be locally available & eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
• Must have at least 8 years of Experience
• Graduate of Engineering Degree is Preferable.

PURPOSE
To manage all aspects of materials control at the construction site and assist the Construction
Manager in carrying out the obligations and responsibilities relative to the policies, procedures,
budget and schedule for the project.

SCOPE
All activities related to Materials Control at site.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
In accordance with the Project Instructions Manual and as approved by the Project Manager, the
Site Materials Control Supervisor has the responsibility and commensurate authority to
accomplish the following duties:

Organization and Planning

To prepare an organization chart for the material control team and define tasks, responsibilities
and line of authority.
Authority: to act and obtain the approval of the Construction Manager.

To prepare, in collaboration with the Procurement Manager, the policies and strategies which
will dictate project material management procedures.
Authority: to act and submit for approval with the Construction Manager.

To prepare the material control plan within the overall construction strategies and schedules.
Authority: to act and submit for approval with the Construction Manager.
