Administrative Assistant with import and export background is needed.
Job description:
1- track shipments and communicate with clients about the package’s progress
2-coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance
3- deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur
4-provide efficient delivery logistics through data management

Qualifications and skills:
1-has a bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or similar field.
2- minimum 5 years working experience.
3-fluent in English is a must.
