مطلوب مدير تسويق لوكالة سيارات

One of the largest car companies in Jordan is looking to hire a creative marketing manager to carry out the following tasks:
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support business objectives in collaboration with sales department.
• Management of marketing department budget and doing all the activities in the given budget.
• Conducting market research and drawing out the specifications in respect to new product or service.
• Negotiating marketing support with suppliers and following-up.
• Development and implementation of communication strategies within and outside the company.
• Handling relationship with media & PR agencies.
• Overseeing advertising activities including print, ATL, BTL, and e- marketing.
• Monitoring competitive products and marketing activities.
• Managing product planning and ordering.
• Being window-person for all communications with suppliers to ensure successful partnership.
• Representing the company in brand – related conferences, meetings, and training courses.
• Conducting product & marketing training to internal staff.
• Setting up annual business objectives, action plans, and performance KPI’s.
• Setting up Retail and Fleet prices and designing incentive schemes.
• Managing and solving team members’ problems and conflicts.
• Reporting to Senior Management.
Requirements
The Incumbent must have the following qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Experience.
• Automotive Industry exposure is required.
• Experience of making and developing marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of customer and market scenario.
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (BBA) or any related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other computer based system / applications is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and within a said period of time.
• Ability to grasp the problems and giving the solution quickly.
• Flexible and open to change.
• Knowledge of all the media that can be used in a marketing campaign.
• Exceptional skills as Team Player, Self-Starter, Result Driven and Out of the Box thinker in a cross cultural and fast paced environment.
• Demonstrates an excellent leadership, time management, organizational and reporting skills.
• Superior Level Communication and Interpersonal skills.
