Procurement Manager ( INGO’s- NGO’s experience )- Amman
• Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives for procurement, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and stock and inventory management.
• Oversees the preparation of solicitation documents according to applicable procurement rules.
• Reviews and evaluates solicitations and conformed agreements for technical sufficiency.
• Ensures that products and services are acquired at lowest possible cost while still meeting the minimum quality requirements.
• Implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management, customer relationship management and performance measurement.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services to JRF.
• Develops process improvements in supply chain and identifies new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.
• Establishes operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory.
