The land International Investment and Real Estate Development is looking for “Sales Manager”

Qualification/Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, MBA (Preferred).
•Professional Certificates (Preferred).
• 5 years of experience in a Sales Supervision or Management role.
•Real Estate and Property experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
•Provide the needed support to the head of sales as requested
•Accountable for the monthly and annual targets
•Daily activity management of team using CRM system.
•Oversee the cold calling / telesales campaigns and ensure his team performs their tasks accurately
•Conduct Daily & Weekly sales meetings
•Review the monthly sales roster to ensure that the office is efficiently staffed at all times
•Implement sales policies and procedures and ensure the sales staff complies with the company’s regulations
•Process sales documents and contracts in timely manner to support the sales processes and procedures.
•Accompany sales advisor to customer appointments and help close deals.
