A leading company in Jordan is looking for a (Office Manager)
Responsibilities
- organizing meetings and managing databases
- booking transport and accommodation
- organizing company events or conferences
- dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- preparing letters, presentations and reports
- managing office budgets
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- using a range of software packages
- attending meetings with senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field.
- (5)years experience as an office manager.
- Background & experience in office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
