We are in search of female candidate who will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support ( OFFICE MANAGER )for GM in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Job Responsiblities:-
-Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
-Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages Maintaining the general filing system and file all correspondence
-Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
-Provide word-processing and secretarial support
-Type confidential documents on a word processing system
-Preparations visa application, hotel bookings and travel arrangement for the office of the GM
-Assistant in follow-up in providing necessary facility to staff as & when required as per GM
-Perform other related duties as required by the GM
Skills:-
-Effective and Efficient communication
-Knowledge of oral / written English and Arabic, French is a plus
-Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
-Proficiency in computer, MS office applications and other administration ERP knowledge.
