Female Digital Marketing Manager (MAR/001) Work Responsibilities:
Work on new business strategies and marketing methods.
Attend meetings with the related management department and
understand the details of the services and discuss strategies with them
Work on the marketing and organizing events and exhibitions for the
promotions of services and capture potential markets
Create media releases and press releases and assist product presentations
Lease with the service agents. Prepare quotations and negotiating with the
prices and other issues
Manage the processes that are used for the digital marketing purpose an
all available, possible and potential media tool.
Manage services that are used for the regular marketing purpose such as
leaflets, posters, advertisements in television, radios, magazine and
newspapers, etc.
Plan budget of advertising and negotiate with the ad agencies and leasing
additional services from them
Prepare monthly expenditure report of the advertisements, promotions
events and all types of expenses involved in marketing a product
Monitor the impact of the marketing strategies adapted on the sales of the
services and make necessary amendments in the strategies
Skills Required
Should be a skilled and creative in the detailed market analysis
Proficient communication skills and ability to negotiate with the clients
and the advertising agencies
Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future
threats
Expert marketing skills and ability to implement new and innovative marketing strategies
Motivating, leadership quality and should believe in team work and collective efforts
Good presentation skills and sound mathematical and statistical skills
Job Requirements
7-10 Years’ experience in the hospitality field marketing.
Bachelors’ degree in marketing
Very good English language skills (Reading, Writing and speaking).
Responsible for motivating and advising the sales agents to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new sales agents (indoor & outdoor).
Achieve company’s objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other departments.
Manage customers relationship healthiness proceeses and strategically foster customer engagement.
Steer the business by planning, managing, observing and achieving sales department financial and managerial goals.
Skills Required

Job Requirements
7-10 Years experience in the hospitality field sales.
Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration
Very good English language skills (Reading, Writing and speaking).
Outdoor Female Sales Agent (SALES/001) Work Responsibilities:
Attract new business pillars (retail & corporate).
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
Build and maintain relationships with new and exsisting customers
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
Educate customers on how services can benefit them financially,
personally and professionally
Sell the company’s services to customers within your given territory
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new services, and market
conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs
Work closely with marketing department to help build new services and
develop company’s current services
Work with the sales manager to achieve personal and department’s
objectives and targets
Prepare and submit sales reports (Daily, Weekly and monthly) and in case
of immediate request.
Prepare, maintain and develop customer’s database.
Work as an account manager for the corporate accounts (sales & after sales
services).
Job Requirements
3-4 Years experience in the outdoor field.
Minimum education (Diploma).
Good English language skills (Reading, Writing and speaking).
Valid driving license and owns a car is a must.
