Some jobs at this level are responsible for communicating with external suppliers and customers for requesting and supplying data, and for supervising the day-to-day activities and work of subordinates.

Other jobs are responsible for reviewing customers’ accounts and files for collection  and reviewing Letters of Credit and Bills of Collection to ensure adherence to corporate collection policies and procedures.

Some job holders assist in gathering preparing  the site’s budget and quarterly forecasts to ensure compliance with the set approved annual budget.

•Implements approved departmental policies and procedures and ensures adherence with the processes implemented so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

•Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.

•Complies with all relevant safety, quality and health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

•Supervises and reviews the day-to-day activities and work of subordinates  (such as journal entries) to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures.

•Communicates with  internal and external customers for requesting and supplying data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

•Prepares accounting reports to provide up-to-date financial performance of the concerned site.
