ABS is looking for an Associate Accountant to join its growing team in Amman, Jordan. Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
Job description:
• Prepare and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Manage and prepare treasury transactions
• Manage accounts payable processes including entering invoices on a daily basis and performing bank reconciliations
• Ensure payments collections from customers on time
• Perform payroll accounting postings
• Ensure the timely close out of month-end process and assist in the preparation of financial statement
• Prepare financial reports
• Coordinate and assist with annual auditing procedures and follow up with company auditor
• Prepare tax declarations
• Prepare forms and process manuals for accounting activities
• Filing & documentation
• Work with governmental institutions
• Etc.
