Looking for Accountant,

Job Description:

• Day to day journal entries on the system and archiving all system and finance documents properly
• Monthly closings and adjust prepayments, accrued liabilities, depreciation and amortization entries
• Day to day check payments and transfer
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
• Prepare tax, social security, and governmental fees computations, transfers, payments, and returns
• Prepare payroll list, transfers, and record entries
• Act as contact with the supplier, customer, and other entities as assigned by the chief of finance
• Perform any financial duties assigned by the chief of finance
• Report to the chief of finance
• Perform responsibilities and assigned duties within 2 working days

Experience:
2 years of accounting experience
