Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years’ sales support experience preferably in IT services/solutions
- Good knowledge in Zoho CRM or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
Job Responsibilities
- Organize BD & sales decks and ensure that all materials are always up to date
- Create and update leads, potentials and clients’ records in CRM
- Create Sales reports from CRM
- Conduct market research and benchmarking
- Identify market’s potential and sales activities
- Remain knowledgeable on services offered and company profile
- Plan and organize sales events
- Create and maintain company newsletters
- Initiate sales leads first communication to gauge the level of interest with the company services
- Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
