Marketing Manager is needed to work at a Company in the food & beverage industry.

**Job Description**
Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing, communications and public relations efforts for our brands.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Communicate with department managers and upper management to set specific marketing and sales goals for the department including measurable KPIs.
* Develop strategy and implement tactics to grow sales.
* Prepare or update the annual marketing plan, annual marketing budget and quarterly marketing reports for the Brands, including drafting presentations related to internal communication and department marketing reports.

**Required Experience**
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business
* A minimum of 4-5 years of full-time work experience in a busy marketing department within a private company, preferably in the food or beverage industries.
* Must have exceptional reading, strong writing and editing skills.
