Luminus Group is looking to hire Career Advisors in Amman who are responsible for the following tasks:
• Recruit the new students in the majors that have demand in the market needs by implementing the E4E model
• Meet the registration target per semester
• Follow up with the students during their studying years.
• Approach the private sector to open the employment opportunities to the students
• Provide linkages with the Private Sector and sign MOUs
• Follow up the students in their payments fees
• Collaborate with the Faculty team for any Academic issues
• Prepare the students for Interviews.
• Update all trackers and documents for Monitoring and Evaluation purposes
Minimum Requirements:
– An academic qualification (Bachelor degree) in any discipline from a recognized university
– At least 3 years sales experience is a must.
– English fluency equivalent to intermediate level or above.
– Computer Skills specially in Excel and the other office management tools(ICDL )
– Customer service and selling skills.
