We are hiring ” IT SUPPORT OFFICER “

Qualifications : – Associate degree in Computer Science or related field. – 5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. – Must have at least with the following: • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems • Microsoft Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016 • MS SQL Server • Antiviruses and Firewalls • Knowledge with ERP systems • Network installing, Tracing and troubleshooting • Linux OS is plus • CCNA is plus Responsibilities: • Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems. • Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties. • Provide advice and assistance to users on the usage of simple functional features of software and hardware peripherals. • Required to perform basic administrative support. • Perform service request related to client platforms. • Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties. • Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
