Petra Aluminum Company is looking for an experienced  Sales and Marketing Manager.

the responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships.

As a Sales and Commercial Manager,  Communication and team management skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.

Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Provides management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Requirements :

Have 5 years of experience in the same field.

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Lead contract negotiations and process.

Excellent strong skills in both written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Excellent presentation skills
