Suitable candidate will;
·         Lead, organize, supervise and evaluate the assigned team

Manage daily activities and monitor performance and quality
·         Build & develop relationship with clients Follow up and assure that the providing service to is meeting their expectations

Prepare and present periodical reports

Position requirements;

Minimum 5 years’ experience as Contact Center Supervisor.
·         Excellent leadership and influencing skills

Depth knowledge in Contact Center KPI’s.
·         Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English languages
