Required immediately IT Help Desk for National Trading & Distributions Company FMCG ( Amman)

The job Description include but not limited to :- 

1- Provide all level support for all hardware and software problems reported, documenting problems and solutions as required.

2- Escalate and route complex and unsolved problems to second level support specialists.

3- Perform new installations and updates for I.T. equipment.

4- Provide basic training to end users on both hardware and applicable software.

5- Supports sales dept. with all process (Create new Customers/Routes/Items) and modification all of it.

6- Follows up on faulty hardware and software purchases by pursuing warranty advantage through distributors and manufacturers.

7- Ensures software, hardware and network installs, re-installs, upgrades, moves, changes and relocation are made when necessary and as required.

8- Administration documents in Oracle APP / SQL- scripts / Communications servers.

9- Sharing System Backup/Restore plan and procedures in area Of Responsible.

10- Manage Service Providers Accounts in area Of Responsible (SW, HW Supplier…etc.).

Requirements :- 

– BA degree in IT Field 

– At least 3 years of experience in FMCG
