• Proven experience in healthy meal plans
• Familiar with sanitation regulations
• Able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner
• Able to develop recipes according to customer needs (keto, low-carb, low-sugar)
• Proficiency in setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes
