An Arab NGO is seeking to hire an experienced person for the role of Executive Secretary and Assistant to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails.
- Prepare internal and external documents for the CEO.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Must be a bachelor’s degree holder (Business related).
- Must be discrete and trustworthy.
- Must have 2-3 years minimum experience.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have perfect organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Must have the ability to be proactive and takes the initiative.
- Must be very presentable always.
