A reputable Automation Solutions Company in Amman has the following vacancy:
Position: Head of Accounting Department
Experience in: Accounting
Professional background in: Accounting, Finance, Management.
Languages: Very good command of English.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepares and completes action plans while resolving problems, determining system improvements and implementing change.
Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget.
Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
Experience
• 7 to 8 years, 4 years in similar work environment and position.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Must have management proficiency and attention to detail. Must be skilled in developing budgets and knowledgeable in legal compliance.
