مطلوب رئيس/ة قسم محاسبة للعمل لدى شركة كبرى

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise overall Accounting operations and ensure transactions and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Prepare monthly financial statements for the holding companies.
3. Prepare budget on yearly basis and latest forecast on a quarterly basis for holding companies.
4. Contribute to the ERP implementation process for holding companies.
5. Supervise the preparation of journal vouchers, financial reports and financial analysis and ensure they are done in accordance to Company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain strong relationships with banks and external parties and follow up with them as necessary.
7. Assist in developing, improving, and implementing Accounting policies and procedures, chart of accounts and systems to ensure reliable control and reporting.
8. Assist in developing and implementing procedures to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure internal control and sufficient insurance coverage.
9. Support external auditors by gathering necessary account information and documents to perform the annual audit.
10. Review prepared financial claims for all concerned parties; governmental ministries or entities in the private sector, and ensure they are done according to Company procedures.
11. Ensure proper bookkeeping of financial data.
12. Prepare all reports requested by the CFO such as financial statements amendments, transfer issuing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of Accounting experience.
• Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English.
