A leading company in jordan is looking for a head of commercial services division

Education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, business administration, industrial engineering or any related field.
• Experience of +5 years.
• CMA and/or CPA.

Job Responsibilities:
• Over-seeing day-to-day operations.
• Managing company’s commercial services.
• Develops overall corporate policies regarding collections of overdue/delinquent accounts.
• Monitors collections activities and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Establishing aligned strategic goals, defining objectives and evaluatingthe outcomes of the division.
• Ensuring that the billing process is executed on time and of high quality regarding accuracy.
• Maintaining quality service and customers satisfaction by enforcing quality customer service standards, analyzing and resolving problems and complaints and recommending improvements.
• Utilizing advanced customer services software and platforms
• Managing and updating customers’ data.
• Cooperating with other divisions, providing support when needed and contributing to the company’s objectives.
• Managing staffdaily works and providing periodic evaluation.
• Analyzing data and processes and developing an action plan.
• Generating statistical reports for top management.
