Job Purpose:
Daily order entry of all orders, issue reports and solve frontline team as required
Principal Accountabilities:
Daily Panda Orders:
– Receive Panda POs from KAE through Email & setting the store label in each PO before copy
– Upload PO in our system to get Order IDs
Other Orders:
Send Batches to CBS Team & make sure to receive orders at time.
– Purchasing Orders which contains the following:
– Setting date & recalculate for each Order.
– Putting allocation after making sure no Orders in warehouse to be committed.
– Setting sub warehouse ID again for each order.
– Making load sheet for each order.
– Generating load sheets.
– Sending load sheets to warehouse and waiting for committing; sometimes it gets back.
– Printing invoices after committing.
– Attaching POs to invoices.
Hold Orders:
– Raise CCPF and tracking until it gets released.
– Make manual order when required.
– Request for urgent delivery’s approval.
– Create new Customer or new Person when required.
– Track Panda orders & invoices & compare between reports from Panda link & SSFL reports.
Daily Reports:
– Daily Sales reports.
– OT visit tracker.
– Provide SOA to Pre-sellers
Weekly Reports:
– OT Score card
– Sales Analysis Report
– Visibility support preparation
– Sales Forecasting for all channels
– Issue forecast report for all channels
Monthly Reports:
– Update (MDF) Master Data file when required
– Sales Analysis Reports
– Transferring customers & routes when required
– Distribute OT target by route, customer & parents
– Support KAE in reconciliation of regional accounts
– Update OT fact book and Channel performance YAGO & PAGO.

Experience / Competencies Required:
– Being an Expert in MS Office suite
– Working under pressure

– Bachelor’s degree
– 3-5 years’ experience as sales Admin
