High Class is looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the System Administrator Position.

System administrator troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the rollout of new applications, among other duties.

Moreover, System administrator need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.

System administrator Responsibilities:
• install and configure software and hardware.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to
requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals
and IT policies.
• Managing and maintaining the file servers.
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database
performance
