The Opportunity:
This opportunity will be based in Amman and will assist in Accounting daily functions by scanning and filing based on Plan Jordan Archiving policy & procedures. This requires a motivated, flexible, problem-solving team-player with excellent analytical, communication skills and the ability to priorities activities and work to tight deadlines.
Purpose:
The purpose of this volunteering opportunity is to assist in facilitating a timely production by Scanning and filing all the Financial documents and arrange them as per Plan finance archiving system.
Responsibilities include:
Daily Scanning for Finance documents as per supervisor advise.
Filing the documents in box files and keep it in the files cabinet.
Upload the scanned files on the one drive and name it as per supervisor instruction .
Support the team in Audit and other duties.
Other tasks may requested from direct supervisor.

Works with the Finance team.

– Knowledge:
B.A degree preferably A degree in Accounting, or equivalent qualification
– Experience :
An enthusiastic fresh graduate who is looking forward to join the humanitarian sector.
– Skills:
Analytical skills
Good communication skills,
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer skills and use of relevant accounting packages

Volunteering Conditions:
Location: Amman – Jordan
Reports to: Accounting Coordinator
