The PenguinIN team is looking for a Sales Intern who will work closely with our regional sales manager to identify leads, develop contacts databases, follow up on open opportunities and conduct market research. In this unique training opportunity, the intern will learn valuable sales and business development skills, become familiar with an upcoming and promising high-tech field and interact with global clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Research and generate lists of potential clients. This may include cold calling.
• Schedule, prepare and conduct on-line and in-person client presentations.
• Analyze client requirements and build ROI.
• Gather client feedback and share with product management.
• Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Complete all allocated tasks as assigned by team members.
• Assist in achieving targets for business development and sales.
• Update documents and sales records.
• Assist managers with negotiations.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing or any related field.
• Self-motivation and self- starter who is punctual.
• Enthusiasm and desire to learn in business development and sales.
• Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
• Positive, professional and outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with clients.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+) is a plus.
