Job Description
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Human Resources department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Your tasks will be:
– Handling personal reservations of employees with travel agents and hotels.
– Handling and processing employee gadget inquiries, as well as maintaining accurate and clear records for reconciliation.
– Receive and coordinate employee requests for products and services, handle them according to the companies’ – procedures, and follow up with the appropriate departments and vendors.
– Has the ability to keep track of employee requests by organizing data sheets in Excel.

– Technical skills:
– Good in English and Arabic
– Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
What Do You Need to Qualify
The suitable candidate should have the below requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or any related.
