About VHI
EMPOWERED PEOPLE TRANSFORM THE WORLD. This principle is the grounding belief of Vision Hope, a Germany-based charity (NGO). Our work reaches the world’s most vulnerable people and contributes to sustainable solutions in regions affected by crises. In keeping with the goal of creating sustainable development, the projects are run mostly by local individuals. In Jordan, Vision Hope works with two local charities to operate family centres and kindergartens to meet the needs of trauma-burdened refugee families and vulnerable Jordanians. Many of the activities are designed to help women and children achieve a level of normalcy and self-sufficiency while helping them cope with their traumas or daily stressors.
