Job Title: Logistics Export Officer / fresh graduate

Request and follow up to get the best prices from shipping companies for land or sea freight and commitment to companies shipping approved according to the agreement in air freight and follow-up booking, delivery, and shipping of orders.

Studying the offers obtained and choosing the shipping companies that offer the best offer in terms of services provided and price.

Preparing document collection books, whether credits or collection bills, with all documents attached to them according to the conditions Documentary Credit in Case of Documentary Credit.

Respond to incoming messages and calls regarding orders, credits, documents, and shipping procedures.

Follow-up with transport and shipping companies to complete the shipment of goods from the company’s warehouses to a place of delivery according to the shipping method agreed upon between Dar Al Dawa and the agents.

Conducting correspondence and correspondence with internal and external bodies to organize work matters.

Preparing periodic reports related to the activities and achievements of the department and submitting them to the director of the department.
Carrying out other tasks related to the nature of work and as determined by the director of the department.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
Fresh Graduate
Very good in English
Excellent communication skills
